BESSjobs.com is a job board and talent platform for the Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) industry. We connect employers with candidates and provide tools for posting jobs, managing applications, and accessing a candidate database.

You must create an account to post jobs or submit a candidate profile. You are responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials
• All activity that occurs under your account
• Providing accurate and truthful information

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Employers agree to:

• Post only genuine, current job openings
• Not post the same role as multiple separate listings to artificially inflate presence
• Comply with all applicable employment laws and anti-discrimination regulations
• Use candidate contact information only for legitimate hiring purposes
• Not share or resell candidate contact information to third parties

Candidates agree to:

• Provide accurate information in their profiles and resumes
• Not misrepresent qualifications, experience, or credentials

During our launch period, job postings and certain features are available at no cost. We reserve the right to end the free launch period at any time with reasonable notice. Pricing, when activated, will be as displayed on our Pricing page.

Paid features are processed via Stripe. All charges are in USD. Subscriptions are month-to-month and may be cancelled at any time. We do not offer refunds for partial subscription periods.

You may not:

• Scrape, crawl, or harvest data from the Service without permission
• Attempt to reverse-engineer or gain unauthorized access to the platform
• Post spam, misleading listings, or illegal content
• Use the Service for any purpose that violates applicable law

All content, trademarks, and technology on BESSjobs.com are owned by or licensed to us. User-submitted content (job listings, profiles) remains the property of the submitter, but you grant us a license to display it on the Service.

The Service is provided "as is." We do not guarantee the accuracy of job listings, candidate information, or that the Service will be uninterrupted. We are not responsible for hiring decisions made based on information found on the platform.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, BESSjobs.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
