Typical Day-to-Day
- ▸Own and maintain project schedules and budgets from NTP through COD, tracking variance and driving recovery plans.
- ▸Administer EPC and procurement contracts including change order management, milestone tracking, and invoice review.
- ▸Coordinate across vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to align on deliverables and resolve schedule conflicts.
- ▸Maintain and update the project risk register, escalating critical risks with mitigation plans to leadership.
- ▸Prepare and deliver weekly and monthly status reports to stakeholders, investors, and executive teams.
